How does it work?

Rabobank account holders can open an additional business account, specifically designed for direct payments to employees. As an employer, you give CashOut a one-off authorization to make payments from this account. Via a secure link, CashOut initiates a transfer based on already approved data, such as hours worked or invoices. The payment is transferred directly from the employer's Rabobank account to the employee. The money therefore always remains under our own management. CashOut only executes the transaction, not managing the money. This makes the setup scalable, secure and fully transparent. There is no pre-financing or interim accounts outside the employer.

Direct wage payment via CashOut

Employees who use CashOut can request payment of hours already worked and approved at any time. Employers themselves determine the percentage of the salary that becomes available, the maximum per day or week and any exceptions. This way, you keep control, but at the same time give your employees financial flexibility.

Immediate reimbursement of claims

In addition to salary, CashOut also makes it possible to repay approved claims directly. For employees, this means: no more waiting weeks for reimbursement of costs they have advanced themselves, such as travel costs, work clothes or meal allowances. For employers, it means: fewer questions, less dissatisfaction and a stronger relationship with employees. The reimbursement is made directly from the employer's Rabobank account, with CashOut as executor.
