James Horeca is a specialized hospitality employment agency that supplies staff to restaurants, sports locations, events and catering orders throughout the Netherlands. James Horeca works with a large group of young, temporary workers. Financial flexibility and rapid remuneration are important for motivation and loyalty within this target group. Although weekly payment already existed, there was a need for more control over the time of payment, without additional administrative burden for the office.

CashOut makes it possible for James Horeca employees to have immediate access to part of their earned salary for selected services. This is done via an automated link with James Horeca's systems. Employees can decide for themselves whether and when they want to withdraw up to 70% of their salary.

• The number of registrations per shift increased by 16%.
• Employees indicated that they wanted to work shifts more often because of the direct remuneration.
